Israel Dinner
The Ambassador to Israel and his wife, Sherard ((PS 68-73) and Bridget Cowper-Coles, kindly agreed to host what was probably the first, and certainly the smallest, of last year’s Dinners, with a total attendance of four, of which two were OTs. Dress was per the OT tie of your choice, with dinner served on the patio overlooking the beautifully manicured gardens of the Residence, thus offering some compensation for not being in Skinners Hall.
Reminiscences began to flow, and it was agreed that Tonbridge had very much changed for the better since the fifties, and that it was a marvellous place to have been to school.
